What started as a spontaneous decision turned into an unforgettable experience at the Fitger`s 5K for Luke Konietzco

A teacher at Ordean East Middle School and member of the 148th Fighter Wing, Luke started running to help stay focused and prepared for both his jobs. Now, it`s become something more personal than professional.

“It’s one simple thing that makes me feel like I’m starting my day off right or ending it on a high note," said Luke, who often trains with his brother. “By running with friends or family, I have a support system that motivates me to keep going and achieve any goals we set out for ourselves.”
